The 2018 King’s Cup came to a conclusion with a Gabriel Melo (defending champion) and Adrian Leanza final. The first two games went on for over twenty minutes each, though Gabriel went up game point both times, Adrian managed to sneak through and won with some of the most entertaining, brutal and smart squash from both players. By the third game, Adrian’s fitness shined through, though the audience wanted more high quality squash to watch – the damage was done with Adrian taking the match 3-0.
After the match – the prize giving ceremony moved over to Henri Dunant function room where the winners and runner-ups all pick up their prizes from both the King and Queen’s Cup.
